Baby Coin Quilt

I've had this finished for a couple of days. I just didn't have it washed and dried. And to think, I used to never wash and dry my quilts before gifting. It makes a huge difference. This is a cutie. I haven't labeled it yet. Because........well, because I have no idea who it's for. haha There is a baby shower at church Saturday. However, I'm sad to say I have no idea who it's for. This fabric was a jelly roll from Wal-Mart called Stripz.....I actually like this fabric. This took very little from the jelly roll, I also did the back in just the strips. I still have half the jelly roll left. I could probably make two more of these, but not use the strips on the back. Look at me now.....not loss for words anymore BARB. Oh yeah, sorry about your rigged Bingo cards. Can you forgive me? hugs

    One thing about baby quilts, you know there will always be a chance at some point to use it! Hey, maybe you should hold onto it for E? You can start him a hope chest now!

    What a cute quilt. The colors are great. I agree you can always find someone to give a baby quilt to. Such cute fabrics. I didn't realize Walmart had Jelly rolls. Here our Walmart is cutting back bigtime on material. I seldom purchase material from Walmart, however C did often. I've also never washed a quilt before I've given them away. I'm going to have to try that!!

    I adore smallish baby size quilts for wall hangings and table drapes( my words).
    The one I put across my sick legs is a small D9P made from Thimblerries.

    Very bright cheery and so pretty!!
    Had a feeling you would not be at a loss for words for too long... ha!!!!
