The hubs cousin, Karen (also from California) is attending college at Liberty in VA. She flew into Greensboro, NC a week ago. We met them at the airport and then had dinner with them at Outback. What a great evening that was. I've met Karen and her brother Chris when I was in California for a wedding reception his family gave us. However, I never got the chance to meet their parents. They are great, great people. I only had a couple of days to get something together for Karen. So I made a "rag" quilt. This is one I forgot to get a picture of before I gave it to her. Not sure what I was thinking. I did get her to send me a pic of it. WOOOHOOO......not a very good pic of the quilt though. She's holding it upside down. Anywho......you get the picture.

Love the colors in that wall quilt. Is it wall-hanging size or is larger and just folded up when she is holding it in this photo?
ReplyDeleteUpside down or not, it's a cute quilt. Love the colors.

ReplyDeleteAll in favor of getting rid of the "I's" say I....ha!!!
ReplyDeleteShe's a college girl now... what does she know about right side up or upside down...
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat thing for you to do for her though. The colors make it real easy to fit in with whatever she chooses to decorate with. Good job.
